Instructions
Season meat, fry until browned. Add 1 litre of boiled water and cover, simmer for an hour on medium heat. After an hour, the liquid should have reduced, you can further fry your meat for 10 minutes. Add your vegetables and continue to fry for a few more minutes, throw in your tomatoes, paste and herbs, combine thoroughly, after 3 mins add your liquid stock. Cover your pot and simmer on low, for 2 hours, stirring continuously. Adjust seasoning, to suit your taste.
